1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We ship our products globally to ensure everyone can enjoy the Mythikai experience.

  • United States: 7–15 business days.

  • International: 10–20 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. From time to time, we may offer Free Worldwide Shipping as part of a promotion.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.

  • In some cases, tracking may not be available for certain international destinations.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Mythikai is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by your country’s customs office.

6. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier issues, customs clearance, or extreme weather. These delays are beyond our control and, while we will do our best to assist you, they do not qualify for a refund while the package is still in transit.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 5 business days, please contact us at info@mythikai.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your order.
